Unwanted sim

This is my first phone, and I wanted a sim for it I was checking if my phone was 5g ready and I thought it was. Now I have a 5g sim arriving and I cant check anything because I don't have a number to verify with. Is the anything I can do?

Resolved! Number porting from Three

HiNumber has been ported across from three today and new number from 02 is still active and old number from three is not recognised. Cannot receive texts on either number. Know there has been issues in the past are these still ongoing? Thanks

Resolved! Changed my sim

Hi. Ive recently changed my sim from a pay as you go to a pay monthly. Ive kept my old number but ever since ive swapped the sim card, I cant text or use any internet. I can still make phonecalls and receive texts. Any idea what the issue is? Thanks

Resolved! Lost phone

Hi, I lost my phone and unfortunately my address has not been updated on the account. O2 are sending out a replacement sim. Is it just a matter of a simple SIM swap?
