89292 premium serice charges from where I have no idea

I have just noticed I have £93 in charges from the number 89292 and I have no idea how or why.. Is this some kind of scam? And of course while trying to get some help on the matter, there seems to be no way to actually speak to somebody in customer services.

Unfortunately most of thse scams are a result on clicking on a link (usually social media sites) and O2 aren't responsible for the charges as they are merely passing on their charges from these rogues.

You need to complain via http://psauthority.org.uk/ and look up the short code, call their customer service number and ask them to remove your number frrom their data base and ask for a refund for the charges. Looking up the number gives these details :
