ive just taken out contract which said i get 6 months free airtime but its still showing airtime cost on my o2

I'm having the same issue, and have paid for two months full price. I spent an hour and 45 minutes on the phone with the guy and had the 6 months free airtime package and now being told it hasn't been added. Considering cancelling whole contract as I've obviously been lied to.

I've had to call them. they've tried to say I didn't click the offer when I upgraded but they've now credited my account which won't show till next month

I've had to ring them. they told me I hadn't clicked the offer but I didn't pay airtime last month so don't know where they've got that from. they are crediting my account but won't show till next month so have to pay full amount this time. we will see if it works next month
