I had Disney+ 6 months offer already and there was a couple more months on it. I took up an offer on a sim change and I was told that I would get "another 6 months" Disney+. I have not activated the new offer, but when I sign into Disney+ it says that my subscription has ended.

Have I lost the remaining months? 😞

Yes, unfortunately you lose any extras if you change tarif or leave the network.

You'll need to redeem your new extra now that came with the new tariff.
