50202 CLAIM text.

Hi can someone help me please, when ever I text CLAIM to 50202 I usually get a text back saying whether or not I've already claimed or when my rewards Date is, for someone reason when I send Claim now it fails to go through it don't know why but it was working last month but now it just won't send the text,

Did I hit something by mistake because a box popped up saying use balance like it always does.

I'm so confused as to why the text won the go through now.
