Just seen this https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go/ might be some help to some one

To get 50% extra data on top of your standard Big Bundle tariff allowance for two months you will be entitled to 50% extra UK data on top of your standard data allowance as follows:

£10 Big Bundle= 250MB extra in addition to 500MB standard; £15 Big Bundle = 500MB extra in addition to 1GB standard; £20 Big Bundle = 1GB extra in addition to 2GB standard; or £25 Big Bundle = 2GB extra in addition to 4GB standard (each an “Extra Allowance”).

If you are a New Customer you will receive the Extra Allowance automatically when you top up. If you are an Existing Customer or a Switching Customer you will need to: opt into the Promotion by texting “BIG50” to “2424” prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period; and renew your Big Bundle within 30 days of opting in.

Just been into the town's O2 shop ... very disappointed, the sales adviser couldn't be bothered to get his ass off his chair / stool ... I can sum him up in one work 'BLAND' he recommended I speak to Customer Services but did not give me their number, when I said I was dubious about contacting them as it all depends upon who you speak to = he trotted out the company line that O2 cs are the best ... I'm disillusioned, he said not all new contracts are unlimited minutes, which is what I'm not let to believe

Oh sod it it, looks like customer services here I come

Could someone please put up the link to the free number I should ring from a contract phone, it maybe 202 I'm not sure

202 is free from your o2 phone Jane.

What an absolute pleasure to talk with Melissa in the customer services in South Africa

She spoke very clearly & pleasantly, she gave me information I could easily understand & have gone for 500 minutes starting tomorrow Monday 7/3/16, it will mean an extra £3:50 per month on my tarrif = £13:50 in total

I am sooooo delighted, as I was dreading ringing cs, mindful of what is posted on this forum from other customers of O2

Please could @Toby or @Martin-O2 feedback, I'd be grateful Dance

Calling is the best way. It's live chat we advise people to avoid.
