4G signal but internet is not working!

I upgraded my phone on Monday but phone was faulty and changed back to old SIM card and phone. But internet is not working but says I have 4G signal. I have tried tons of different things and talked to 10 different people in 02 but No1 is helping or understands to help me. Can anyone please help?

It was an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I’ve tried the sim in Different phones and it doesn’t work In any, tried to reset network settings, other sims work in the phone though. I tried to change my number to another 02 sim and still not working. Ive also check my network in the area and it’s all fine, I don’t understand what Has happened.
