Hi I've recently upgraded my O2 sim only to 100GB

When I placed the order it asked if my phone was 5G ready I answered yes (I thought it was) but when I checked in settings it only said 3G & 4G

My phone is iphone 7 and the sim is on its way!

 

Should I contact O2 and explain or will the new sim automatically change my phone to 5G?

 

Haven't postedon this before - hope someone can give me advice

A 5g sim is backwards compatible to 4g and 3g so no need to worry, your phone will still work fine but on max 4g.
