Hi,

A couple of days ago I ran out of data during a video call, and added a bolt-on. Since doing this, I no longer have access to 4G. When I use the internet, it doesn't tell me I have no data, but simple make a little bit of progress (for example, on a website) then stop. Are there any solutions I can try before heading to a shop?

I have tried resets and checking the mobile data settings

Thanks in advance!

Data issue all sorted had to do a bit of magic lol General advice for thread if anyone has same issue Steps we do turn off 4g test on 3g If no data works on 4g/3g we reboot For Iphone users settings-general-reset-reset network settings (this will remove saved wifi passwords ) phone turns off/on For Android users there can be slight variation settings-connections-mobile network-access point name-3 dots top right-option reset to default-turn off/on Still not working you definitely need one of us guys

@Destro31

I'll ask @O2Emma if she can check the bolt on is active for you.
