3G internet problems after new sim

Hi. I changed my sim via O2 as my contract finished so now I'm on a one month contract but since then I can't get internet although phone shows 3G. Any ideas

Hi.

Sometimes when a change has happened it needs to settle.

Text ACTIVE to 2020, save the settings and turn your phone off and on.

Try turning your phone off and back on or toggle airplane mode on and off.

Check your service status here http://status.o2.co.uk with your full postcode.
