3 different direct debits?

Hi all,

I have 3 direct debits coming from O2 every month. One is the bill I am emailed every month, this is what I am contracted and expect to be paying to O2. This, I assume, covers my device plan and my airtime plan. I then have two further direct debits of smaller amounts, both equal to what I should be paying for my airtime plan and my device plan.

Why am I paying for my overall bill and then two further payments? It means I pay nearer £70 for a contract of £41. Through my own absentmindedness, I've only just realised this. Any ideas on why this is happening and whether I should simply cancel the direct debit?

@Snapnall Do not cancel any Direct Debit until you can figure out what they're for. See this guide:

How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page? (o2.co.uk)

If you're still unsure what you're paying for, speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Were you able to get in touch with O2 to see where the charges are coming from @Snapnall?
