- £27/PCM iPhone 4S Tarrif
- Went over allowance by £1.04 (data usage)
Is it right for them to charge £6.13 VAT on top of this?! I don't even understand why they're charging extra VAT?! Surely the £1.04 charge should include VAT? Now I find out they're charging VAT on the whole amount?
IS THIS RIGHT?
I DO NOT HAVE THE SORT OF MONEY TO LET EVEN A PENNY SLIP!
Opinions and suggestgions would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob

Vat is included in your bill unless you are a business customer, then it is charged on top.
Is this your first bill of a new contract?

Sounds like an interim bill.

That's what I was thinking, maybe they'll come back and clarify it.

Hopefully does sound like a pro rata bill

I didn't see they'd posted twice, I wonder why we bother at times?
