Please, i need to inform O2 my contract will soon expire, how can I inform them on my O2 website or do I need to go to the store? Thanks.

if you are currentky with O2 they will be fully aware that your contract is ending. You have a number of choices. All of which are explained here

If you want to leave O2 you have to let them know...otherwise you will continue on a 30 day rolling contract..
