It's so far taken 7 days and I cannot use either SIM now - both are 'out of service' (emergency calls only)
So, I cant phone O2, and I can't use MyO2 app.
I have asked a Virtual Assistant to escalate my problem to a REAL assistant and they tell me to scan a QR code and then go to MyO2 app!!!
I live on my own so can't use somebody elses phone to call them.
There is no email address for Customer Services so I'm wondering how long I will sit here paying for 2 accounts that I don't have any service for (my old SIM only contract and my new 24month contract )
Has anyone any suggestions,
