So got the notification of price increases in April 2026, so decided to reject and give 30 days notice of airtime plan cancellation on both phones and move to GiffGaff pay monthly.
So I called 202 to action this, why do they do? send a PAC code which but my sim card into emergency calls only, and maked device plan to be paid off when I made it clear the device plan is to continue.
So now I have a brick when I was giving them 30 days notice and I dont need the PAC Code yet as my intension was to do that on day 30.
Any idea how to sort this out as was a job too to understand the Indian voice

The PAC should not have disconnected your SIM. It is valid for 30 days and is only activated when your new network receives it.
