I have now been verified in shop at least three times
Every day this week the block is applied, every day I spend 30 mins on the phone having it removed
I have been told its a glitch at o2's end
I've been told its my phone ( must have been the three phones before as well then)
I've been given credit as goodwill
I've been promised escalation 3 times
Im promised call backs - even given a time - not happened, still waiting my 9 am call back today
When I call there is never a supervisor around, always in meetings
What does it take to make o2 remove the 18 bar and keep it removed?

Maybe consider making an offical complaint I hate it when they promise to call you back and dont bother
