£10 sim only tariff but £14 for the same tariff with a device plan??

Why is the same tariff in sim only £10 but when you want to add a device plan it increases to £14 a month for the EXACT same tariff?!
Also why is there no email address to contact O2?!

Because that's what o2 choose to charge.
Most regulars on here are on sim only tariffs because it's cheaper.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
