I recently ordered a tablet on pay monthly on the 7-11-16 but have not heard anything since the initial confirmation email that came with the order number. There is nothing new showing in My Orders on My O2. 

Just trying to find out if my order has been accepted or not?

Hi you need to dial 202 and speak to an advisor, as we don't have access to your account. This is a customer to customer forum.

You will have been accepted but the tablet will be out of stock (everything is, regardless of what website says) and your order details in your MyO2 won't update until tablet is dispatched.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)

Out of stock for sure and unfortunately this seems to be the norm these days. We have cried out for a live stock system but until they implement this you won't be alone with the same problem. I sincerely hope you don't have to wait long.
