02 pay monthly

I missed a payment on my monthly contract, and I have now paid it but I am still not online, it's been over 24 hours, which is the time they say it can take up to but usually takes about 4, it has happened to me before but I'm usually online with a few hours of paying my bill

Borrow a phone or call from a landline. I wouldn't rely on live chat to reconnect you.

If you had a Direct Debit set up, as you're supposed to have, you wouldn't have missed a payment. You would have had one when you first took your contract, so you might want to think about getting it set up again to avoid this happening.
