What extras do you feel you are being unfairly charged for, @Iwanttosue02? If you mean Extras such as Disney+ or Amazon or similar, each of these comes with clear limits on how long the service is available at a reduced or zero cost before it reverts to full price, help here: Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
