Hi all so I placed an order last night for another phone for my partner, had all the legal documents and an email saying full steam ahead for us... anyway I looked on my 02 tracker and all it says is order placed.. can anyone tell me if I've been accepted or declined as it doesn't say order processing

I have contacted the sales team and they said this morning at 10am that they are doing a credit check. She said to keep an eye out for email.But still not heard anything back. I just want to know

But why do I need another credit check when I only got a new device out 2 weeks ago. Didn't have to wait this long as it was done instantly. So confusing

All new contracts are credit checked I'm afraid, regardless of your history with O2.
As you already have a contract, there will be enhanced affordability checks too.
