To be fair you haven't been given misleading information. You were told £1.99 per day in Europe and you believe the Ukraine to be in Europe. It isn't even though they feature in the Euro football championships.

I agree 100%. Telling the customer what they want to hear...or giving out totally wrong information out of ignorance is unforgivable in my opinion...
