Hi

 

I got a new Iphone Xr keeping my original sim with a new 3 year contract.

 

I work for the NHS and was told that I can get 25% discount on the Tariff.

 

The problem I have is that when I enter the code follwing the " Your in. Welcome to 02 Open" email with the link it tells me that my number is assocated with another user.

 

Its is definitly the same user name and password for My02 and 02 Open, I am sure because this is the same E-mail address I get the monthly bill statement to.

 

I have tried both methods, Work e-mail and sending in a Payslip.

 

What could be the issue, I have no other discounts associated with my new contract or with my old for one.

 

Any guidance or help appreciated.

Best to call customer service to sort it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
