hi there, for some reason it won't let me put my wife on the 02 loyalty, she is on 02 the same as me I've tried to message to go through the steps but for some reason it won't work, can you tell me why this is please? my number is xxxxxxxxxxxx and my wife's number is xxxxxxxxxxx. many thanks.
