viewing bills in MyO2

Anonymous
Not applicable

Despite following the link and downloading Adobe Reader (which I already had on my laptop anyway) I still cant download and view my bills. I get an error message saying "PDF Cant be opened" in Microsoft Edge.

O2 charge £1 - £1.50 for a copy of a paper bill!! Funny that!

Does anyone have an answer to this problem please?

Edge doesn't work.
You need Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc.

I use FF or Chrome on my PC and have no problems.
