The whole 'billing' section has gone from the 'My O2 ' page on all my browsers.
Previously the 'My O2' page had a menu area at the top which included a section to do with viewing and downloading current or old bills but this seems to have gone completely.
Now the only links to do with bills are in the 'Help' section which just takes you to pages of Q & A s
with advice such as 'to view or download your bills just go to the 'My O2' page, which is
where I was to begin with.
Have O2 redesigned their website in the last month and if they have where have they moved the
links to view and download bills to?

You may have been moved to the new 360 system, in which case, you need to wait until your next bill is generated to see any of them.
