My02 only shows one of my two sim cards

Hi, 

I have two 02 sim cards the first one is sim only which used to be with virgin but got transfered to 02. This is my primary sim that l use. I also have a second 02 sim card which came as part of a volt deal with virgin but the sim card isn't used.

My problem is when l log in to My02 it's only showing the volt card that l don't use. I want to be able to see my bills for the other sim card that l do use but that number is not listed in my account. I have tried logging in and using the add other products feature but when l put the phone number in l just get a message saying the number is already registered to a 02 account.

Yesterday l spent over an hour on the online chat waiting for a advisor to pick this up but eventually gave up waiting.

 

Does anybody have any advice of how to get this issue resolved because if its not sorted today l am going to request my pac code and move away from 02. How can it be possible that lm paying a bill each month but have no way of viewing that bill.

You will need a seperate login for each account.

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Creating two My02 accounts seems ridiculous to me as both sim cards are registered to me under the same email and contact details. Also what good is removing and reinstalling the app going to do if l still need two accounts. If this is the case 02 are making the decision to leave easy.

Agree, it's a stupid decision.

Reinstalling the app sometimes gives you the option to sign in to the other number.

Hi M15, 

I've just tried the fresh install of the My02 app. Still didn't work wont let me register a new account using the email address as its being used for the sim that l don't use and when l log back in it just takes me to that account. I'm definitely not setting up a new email address just to access the sim l do use and l find it ironic that when my bill is ready for the sim l do use they send it to the email address registered to the other sim.

I'm not sure just what jiggerypokery has gone on but this morning both my accounts have been merged into one O2. Happened like magic overnight!
