I was called by your team and offered a change of contract which I rejected only to find that the order as above is live . I request that this order is cancelled with immediate effect as I did not agree to it . kind Regards

Hello, I contacted your call center to cancel a pay monthly direct debit I set up with O2 yesterday, under the change of mind policy. Your colleague confirmed this had been done but I've not received any confirmation by email of this.
