Have you got mobile data turned on?

If you have WiFi you should turn mobile data off completely.

How much money is vanishing and what tariff are you on?

Pay as you go to pay monthly sim

move from monthly to pay as you go instead

Rolling Plan didn't renew but I was charged anyway...
