No help at all, I'm transferring from O2 pay and go to O2 pay and go, this is a replacement sim, the online chat doesn't include pay and go, so the only way is to call them, but I can't call them because the new sim doesn't have a signal...

I'm aware this is not customer services, which renders this practically useless...

@Wood The advice from @gmarkj to use the social media links or call using Skype can hardly be considered useless.

Not sure why telling you to message on social media or call via Skype is useless @Wood after you said that the chat function doesn't help and you can't call them as your sim doesn't work...

Have you topped up the new SIM to activate it yet?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Rang customer service Friday pm and was told wrong details I put by them and a tion on my PAC was now down to be done today 31.10.2022.Rang again Monday 31.10.to be told it wouldn't be done until Tues 01.11.abd I shouldn't have been told otherwise! I had stressed I needed my old contact number urgently due to having numerous contacts involved with my cancsr treatment. Now sorry I've joined 02 I had heard the Customer Service is terrible but only joined as part of a new Virgin Media contract.
