I have an O2 account as I have a number of pay monthly phones. I have recently put a new PAYG sim in a new phone and registered it on my account. I am trying to top it up or switch to a pay monthly tariff but every time I try I am told "we are having problems right now..". This has been the case for a few weeks. Any advice?
