Hi,

I'm a new customer, I received my Pay As You Go SIM but I can't Top Up because when I'm going to pay it doesn't accept my bank details.

Why? I tried it with and EnglishVISA card and a Spanish VIsa card as well but it didn't work.

Also I tried calling 4445 but I had the same result.

Please, I need an english number for work ASAP.

Hi @SofiaSalas 

You need a voucher for your first top up. Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Edited to add, after your first top up you can register your UK bank card. 

Also it's 4444 to top up not 4445.

Yes that is a fact as @Cleoriff says ....

but strange I think @SofiaSalas

Vouchers available from shops, supermarkets or post offices.
