I was given a code to text to an o2 number with the organisation I work for, but I keep getting a reply “Sorry we didn’t get that, please check your key word & try again”. Anyone had the same issue?

The code for the NHS is NHS01.

PS you have posted in the pay as you go section. The discount is only for people on Contract.

Thanks tried that but came back with “the competition is now closed”.. sorry on sim only contract now.
