not registered on network resulting from water ingress on my Samsung A10 Mobile please help

Sounds like your sim is damaged.
You need to contact customer services on 4445 or pop into an o2 store to get a new sim card.
If it still doesnt work it could be your phone is faulty and water damaged in which case you will need to replace the phone.
