i ordered and paid for 2 mobile phones 1 came and the other 1 came with dpd but i missed it as i was at an appointment n was late back .they tried to deliver it again the next day but i wasnt aware it was comming so i missed it again .ive had an email saying its gone back to original sender witch is 02 ..how do i contact them about it ive rang but cant get an answer .is there an email address for them .thanxs

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
