good day, does an international monthly bolt on enable a person to send text messages to south africa at a reduced rate, if so, how much would a text messagee to south africa cost.  thank you kindly

Sorry to say that the link just provides an error message. It seems O2 might no longer offer this bolt-on, although they still display the link for one. Just spent 15 minutes trying to add it, but with no luck.
