I’m currently in Greece trying to call Australia. I have the international call bolt on, but when I try to call, it either gives says ‘bundle call’ and cuts out, or it says I don’t have enough allowance and transfers me to the O2 phone services.
I have the £10 bundle, and roaming is on, but my data allowance is used up. I have a bolt on for extra data that hasn’t been used up.
How do I fix this? Do I need to have money sitting in my O2 account to call?

You'll need to add credit as it's a chargeable international call.

Is there a minimum amount I need? As there’s already a few dollars there.

I would think a minimum of £4 as it's £2 per min and £2 will be taken immediately the call is connected.
Not something I've tried to do myself though.
