“FREE 10” not working

I have just received my new O2 SIM in the post and, it was advertised on the leaflet my sim came in , “get 14 GB for £10” , I topped up with £10 and text FREE10 to 21500 to receive my extra £10 credit.

 

But I receive the reply "It looks like this offer isn't for you." 

 

Can anyone help me find who I should contact for O2 to honour this 'FREE10'?

Best thing to do is contact customer services on 4445 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
