what is the difference between the big bundle and Rolling, why do you get more on rolling

A rolling plan is where you register a debit or credit card with O2 enabling them to top up your credit,thereby renewing your plan each month. You CANT top up any other way and NO additional services such as call waiting or wi fi calling,volte etc are provided.
