Hi ,I have tried calling several contacts by pressing the telephone symbol in the contacts list but it wont dial. I have just transferred from another provider but have ported in my old number?

when i presed the speed dial and it wokred something came up on screen saying call forwarding on conditional...? I have no idea what that is ....not a technophobe but just dont have the logical mind that seems necessary with devices!
