cant get through to customer services on pay as you go

i have tried using online chat but that does not seem to be doing anything and tried phoning 4445 and take me through to top up rather than customer services.

Phone lines should be open until 9.00 UK and live chat until 11.00 UK.
Have you tried a different browser or cleared cache and cookies from your current one ?

Hi @ste1986, did you have any luck with trying to contact customer service in the end? If you didn't want to top up, was there anything perhaps the community could help you with instead if it's not directly account-related? slight_smile
