cant get through to customer services on pay as you go

i have tried using online chat but that does not seem to be doing anything and tried phoning 4445 and take me through to top up rather than customer services.

4445 is customer services 4444 is top up. All contact methods here

Edited to add my son is on O2 PAYG and he has just phoned 4445 to check. It's working ok

yes they are the ones  have tried and they both give the same option of top up only

4445 will direct you to top up if you don't have any credit and if calls to cs are chargeable on your tariff.
You can call from another phone on 0344 8090222 or try a different browser for live chat as some browsers don't work.

Well as I said my son has just tried CS on 4445 and got through. So it's working.

yes i have not topped it up but i dont want to at the moment

Well if you haven't got enough credit on your phone to call 4445 you will have to persevere with live chat

yer live chat aint working either and tried phoning on landline number and says they close at 20:00 which online says 21:00 😞
