How long should it take for fraud investigations to complete, I've been waiting over 4 months and still had no feedback

I have a leaflet with my new sim card that says I will get 20gb rather than 8gb when I top up! It also says if I text FREE10 to 21500 I will also receive £10 free credit! I have topped up £20 and didn’t get 20gb or the free credit!

Payment

I currently have the £20 rolling plan with yous on pay as you go. The moneys came out my bank on the 15th of January 2024 and it’s still showing I don’t have any calls or minutes and is taking money off the credit I have in my phone already

A payment was automatically taken from my account 11.01.24 and has been taken from my bank but not on my O2 account, I have now made to payment again to allow me to use my phone. Can this please be looked into. Thanks Melissa
