02 sim card and tp link

Bought an o2 pay as you go sim for my tp link m7350 4g but I can't activate the sim as my phone is on virgin and I can't see the messages being sent...any idea how to get around this.Thank you.

Resolved! Alert: "New Voicemail Dial 123"

I have received an alert stating "New Voicemail Dial 123" On opening it dials the speaking clock and charges 20p for the privilege, there also seems to be no way of deleting alert.02 not any help at all. Is this a scam or a bug in their system.

Resolved! Help me about the £10 big bundle.

Has anyone else realised on any changed to the £10 big bundle? Because I loged in to my o2 account and found out that I got unlimited minutes and texts and 3gb and I didn't get a text from o2 about any changes going to happen on the £10 big bundle.
