Resolved! FREE10 not working for me

Just got my new Pay as you go sim and topped up with 10 pounds. After that sent FREE10 to 21500 and get a text ‘It looks like this offer isn’t for you’. How do I get this sorted.

Resolved! Freeze my number

I have a O2 pay as you go tariff, I’m leaving the country for three months and I won’t need my O2 SIM card for that period. How can I still have my number and tariff when I’m back? Or do I have to pay even when I’m not using it?
