HI,
I am trying to activate a data only SIM for a tablet which I purchased a couple of months back. The expiry on the card is **Personal info**20 so there is plenty of time.
I went to mbb.o2.co.uk but had the following error message
'Could not add device - An error occured while attempting to add the device, it may already be registered or isn't a valid number, please check the number and try again or come back later'.
The SIM is brand new and unregistered
I have checked the number
I have come back later
Any suggestions please?

That is the correct website to activate and register your details and mobile number
I think you need to call customer service
