Free10 and 15 GB data

I new pay as you go customer and bought a 10 pounds bundle and was expecting 15 GB data but only have received 3 GB. How can I get that updated I'd also want to use Free 10 pounds credit but that is not uploaded either

PAYG sim card deactivated
