Phone topped up by itself

Please somebody help me I just bought a new phone and went and bought a 02 sim and a £30 top up voucher I added the £30 onto the phone and before I even had a chance to buy a bundle it automatically bought a £5 bundle leaving me with £25 so I can no longer buy the £30 bundle I wanted? There is no way to speak to somebody from 02 and there isn’t a live chat somebody please help
