How do I find my puk code I’ve tried to unlock it by using my number but it said it’s incorrect.

Top up successfull but not showing in balance

Resolved! Loss of 4G

I am visiting lots of old familiar places again now but notice when inside pubs, restaurants etc I rarely seem to get a 4G signal only H+ or E. I'm sure my Samsung phone was able to get a 4G signal in the past.
