Resolved! Convert pay as you go to pay monthly

My Dad has an old Nokia he wants to keep and currently uses pay as you go but would like a pay monthly tariff instead. He will only need calls and texts, no data, and wants to keep the same phone and number. Is this possible?

A21s messaging problems

I've recently bought a Samsung A21s. Strange thing happening with sms. I can send them no problem but for some of my contacts I can't receive their replies unless I put my WiFi on. Can anyone help please, I'm all googled out

Auto top up cancellation issue

I can't cancell auto top up for my sim card. There is no option on my o2 site or app. Tried many times calling 4455 no luck. Poor service. Every time saying different things. Done or can't do themselves, or just hang up the phone... I can't believe.....

PAYG Data checking

Hi the O2 app says can check dats useage, what you are using daily but all i can see is what I have left and that doesnt update often or seem accurate.
